Family.

Soooo today is Tuesday...weird because all day today I was thinking it was Monday...smh I have some photos to share with you...

 The older one is Loren, the little ulavale one is Leo. They came over to visit late Saturday night...I think. I'm trying to remember. I was reading my book & I see Loren's face in the screen. He had the biggest smile on his face when he came in & said, "Put that book away & play!" I sure did put away my book & we played some games...I forget what we played but it was funny & freaking Leo made us crack up. That kid is too much.

g me to be quiet so he could go to sleep. But it was so funny because I would ask him questions & he would answer them forgetting that he told me to be quiet.

I love Fetu & Api's kids, I feel like they're my own siblings. It was pretty easy to connect with them...I guess I'm funny because I make them laugh hahaha.

I got to FaceTime Ligi before we went to song practice. I got to see my pepe Bitner too & all the boys. I'm glad I got to see them. I still don't really miss home...I miss everyone but I feel like I belong here right now. It feels...normal I guess?

But it's always nice to talk to family. Thank goodness for modern technology...I don't know how I would function without. I think I use my phone more then ever...like I use my phone & laptop for 99.9% of everything I do. Seriously! It enables me to keep everyone close even though they're an ocean away. That's a blessing that I think we all take advantage. I don't think I will anymore.

So later we went to song practice...I don't think I can make you understand how amazing it feels to hear the choir sing...I recorded some clips of us singing. Incredible...I love it too because these people love to sing. They come to sing for the Lord, how awesome is that?

August 26, 2013 - MONDAY :]

Siulia & I deep cleaned...DEEP cleaned the house...I've never washed so many freaking windows in my life! I don't think I like those windows anymore smh.

I was super tired afterwards but I had to hop my booty in the shower because Afton & Monson were on their way to pick me up. We went into town...I think Waianae? Not sure but somewhere that has Costco lol. And don't even ask because YES, yes I did take advantage of the FREE samples...I mean come on man! Who wouldn't!? Hahaha Afton & Monson were laughing their butts off at me & kept pointing out all the sample booths. I wasn't ashamed lol. Nope, not me. But here's a pic of mostly my chocolate non-fat yogurt & myself:

It was amazing! And It was healthy...WINNING :]

We went back home and just chilled for a little bit...I FaceTimed Dad so he can talk to Uncle Silila. It brought me so much joy to see dad talk to his cousin after so many years. Okay, let me digress so you know the back story...Uncle Silila & dad are first cousins. But Uncle is way older & when dad would go to town for school he would stay at Uncle's for the week. So Uncle helped raise dad too. Back to present time...I so wish I was able to take photos of them FaceTiming because it made me so happy dad was so grateful for that. I kept walking away from them because I was getting teary-eyed. Haha! I was just so happy that's all. Dad never really talks about his family & I've always wanted to know more about them. It was funny because during their conversation Uncle told my dad that this is my mission, to reunite our family with one another. I hope I can do that & I'll keep working on it I know a lot about our Masiasomua side, but I want to learn more about Nanny's side of the family. I'll do my research.

After that little reunion, lol me & Afton went walking/running. We got back home did a couple stretches & got cleaned up then went to sleep. Hahaha.

Today, I ate this glorious meal! Supo esi made by Uncle & toasted bread with NUTELLA! My favorite! Man, when you're with family you'll never go hungry! Lol I'm right though! 

I went to school & applied for another position...hopefully they hire me because if they do I'll never go hungry hahahaha! When I came back home I fell fast asleep it was ridiculous. I guess it was a well needed nap because I went to sleep really late. Smh When I woke up, I went back to school on Afton's bike & I made the copies of our songs were going to sing this weekend. Now I'm back home & I'm getting tired...but I forgot that I promised Siulia I'd dye her hair...So I guess I have no choice but to stay awake...Save me.
